Travel Info

Guests are responsible for booking their own transportation to and from Castelfalfi. We will provide hotel accommodation for all guests for the nights of Friday 3 October and Saturday 4 October. If you wish to stay outside of these dates, please email team@europe100.com, and we will connect you to the hotel to book directly.

• Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR) – Commercial, approximately 1 hour drive from Castelfalfi
• Pisa International Airport, Galileo Galilei (PSA) – Commercial, approximately 45 minute drive from Castelfalfi

• Florence airport to Castelfalfi or vice versa: €230.00 – €260.00 one way
• Pisa airport to Castelfalfi or vice versa: €200.00 – €230.00 one way

Plus One Participation

Significant others joining Europe100 are welcome to join breakfasts, dinners and pursuits. Unfortunately, due to capacity restraints, we won’t be able to welcome plus ones to the content sessions.

Chatham House Rule

Europe100 takes place under the Chatham House Rule, which means you cannot attribute anything that is said at the forum without permission from whomever has said it – this includes on social media. This preserves the intimate nature of the event and fosters candid conversation.

Dress Code

The Europe100 dress code is smart casual. Friday’s dinner is casual and outdoors so we recommend bringing a warm layer. Cocktail attire is recommended for Saturday’s gala dinner. Many activities are outdoors so we suggest athletic wear and layers. 

Cancellation Policy

If your plans have changed, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after Friday, 19 September 2025, or failure to attend will result in a charge for the full cost of your reserved accommodation. To cancel, please contact us at team@europe100.com. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create an exceptional experience for all attendees.
