FOUNDERS FORUM EVENTS LLP

Introduction

These terms govern the SMS messaging services operated by Founders Forum Events LLP (“Founders Forum,” “we,” “us”), 180 Strand, 2 Arundel Street, London WC2R 3DA, United Kingdom. They cover the two programmes described below. By messaging either number, or by providing your mobile number to Founders Forum, you agree to these terms.

1. Founders Forum Concierge (switchboard)

A two-way SMS concierge line that lets invited Founders Forum guests reach the Founders Forum concierge and Brent Hoberman’s office with questions, requests and follow-ups. We also use this line to send service announcements and updates relevant to them — for example logistics, scheduling, or a change of venue or address. Message frequency varies.

2. Founders Forum Events Concierge (AI)

An AI-powered SMS assistant giving Founders Forum guest concierge support for our USA events — event details, sessions, guest lists, logistics and on-site requests. We also use this line to send service announcements and updates about those events, to individuals or groups of attendees — for example schedule or programme changes, relevant local updates, or a change of event address or venue. Message frequency varies.

Message types

Messages are service and informational only, concierge replies, notifications, event updates, logistics, and venue or address changes. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on these lines.

Message frequency

Frequency varies. You may receive replies to your messages and periodic service announcements and updates about your membership and the events relevant to you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Founders Forum does not charge for these messages.

To opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from that number. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

For help

Reply HELP at any time. A member of our team or our AI concierge will assist, and the automated reply provides an email address for further help: theteam@ff.co.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility & consent

These are private, invitation-based lines for Founders Forum guests. Guests opt in by texting us and/or by providing their mobile number and agreeing to receive service messages when they join Founders Forum or register for an event. By opting in, guests consent to receive both our replies and the service announcements and updates described above. We do not sell mobile numbers, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
